 Installation Instructions
According to the designer's requirements, accurately measure and determine the elevation of the petal-shaped perforated aluminum single plate after installation, draw a horizontal line, and at the same time fix the corner strips on the same horizontal line of the surrounding walls.
Clarify the construction direction, drill holes on the bottom surface of the building's top structure at standard intervals of no more than 1200mm, and fix the corner codes and hangers with expansion bolts to ensure the installation foundation is firm.
Install and fix the light steel keel hangers and light steel keels, adjust the light steel keels to a horizontal position, ensure that their elevations meet the design requirements, and that the light steel keels are parallel to each other, with the spacing controlled within the standard range of 1200mm.
Fix the main keel. Use special main keel hangers to secure the main keel below the light steel keel. Carefully adjust the levelness and elevation of the main keel. The spacing of the main keel should be no more than 1200mm, and it should be kept perpendicular to the light steel keel. The main keels should be parallel to each other.
Install the petal-shaped perforated aluminum single plate and precisely insert it into the corresponding slots of the main keel. It is recommended to install from the same direction in sequence.
