Installation Instructions
According to the designer's requirements, accurately measure and determine the elevation of the tree-shaped perforated aluminum single plate after installation, mark out the horizontal line, and at the same time fix the corner strips on the same horizontal line of the surrounding walls or support structure.
Clarify the construction direction, drill holes on the building's top structure or wall base at standard intervals of no more than 1200mm, and fix the corner codes and hangers (for ceiling installation) or fasteners (for wall installation) with expansion bolts to ensure a solid installation foundation.
Install and fix the light steel keel hangers and light steel keels (for ceiling installation), adjust the light steel keels to a horizontal position, ensure that their elevations meet the design requirements, and that the light steel keels are parallel to each other, with the spacing controlled within the standard range of 1200mm. For wall installation, fix the vertical keels to ensure they are vertical and evenly spaced.
Fix the main keel. Use special main keel hangers to fix the main keel below the light steel keel (ceiling) or on the vertical keel (wall). Carefully adjust the levelness (ceiling) or verticality (wall) and elevation of the main keel. The spacing of the main keel should be no more than 1200mm, and it should be kept perpendicular to the light steel keel. The main keels should be parallel to each other.
Install the tree-shaped perforated aluminum single panel and precisely insert it into the corresponding slots of the main keel or fix it on the wall keel. When installing, it is recommended to do it in sequence from the same direction. At the same time, the operator should keep their hands clean to avoid sweat, oil stains and other contaminants from contaminating the surface of the board, which may affect the decorative effect.
