Product features
High-quality aluminum alloy base materials such as 3003 and 5052 series are selected, which feature high strength, good ductility and excellent wind pressure resistance. They can meet the structural requirements of high-rise and super high-rise building curtain walls and are also lightweight, which can reduce the overall load of the building.
The surface is treated with fluorocarbon spraying process, with a PVDF content of ≥70%, forming a dense protective coating. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays, acid and alkali, and salt spray corrosion. Tests have shown that it can withstand 2000 hours of accelerated ultraviolet aging, with a gloss retention rate of over 85% and a service life of 15 to 20 years.
It supports full-dimensional customization and can achieve planar, arc-shaped, spherical and irregular hyperbolic surface shapes through numerical control technology. The precision error is controlled within ±0.5mm. It covers more than 2,000 standard colors and can also customize special textures such as wood grain imitation, stone grain imitation and metal brushed.
It features A-level fire resistance, is non-flammable and non-toxic, does not release formaldehyde, and its base material can be 100% recycled. Construction Instructions
(1) Construction Preparation
Before construction, complete the joint review of the drawings, verify the size, shape and installation position of the panels, optimize the installation plan in combination with the actual situation on site, and clarify the layout of the keel, the position of the embedded parts and the reserved distance of the expansion joints.
When materials arrive at the site, verify the product qualification certificate and coating test report. Check that the board surface has no scratches, deformations or color differences, and that the coating thickness and adhesion meet the standards. Store the materials in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area, avoiding direct sunlight, rain and heavy pressure.
Prepare tools such as laser levels, torque wrenches, and special cutting machines. Set up safety protection facilities in the high-altitude operation area. Construction personnel must be certified and wear protective equipment.
(2) Installation Process
Measurement and layout: Use a laser level to mark out the installation reference line and the keel positioning line, ensuring uniform spacing and precise position, with a measurement deviation not exceeding 2mm.
Installation of the base keel: Fix the embedded parts and the light steel keel at the designed intervals, adjust the keel to a vertical and flat state to ensure stable load-bearing and meet the wind pressure resistance design requirements.
Fixing the connecting parts: Install special corner codes, hangers and other connecting parts on the keel. The positions should be precisely aligned with the reserved installation holes of the plates, firmly fixed and evenly spaced to ensure the connection strength.
Panel installation: Install the fluorocarbon aluminum single panels for the curtain wall one by one in the designed sequence, fix them to the keel through connecting pieces, adjust the position of the panels to ensure smooth splicing, uniform gaps, and smooth adhesion at irregular parts.

(3) Construction Precautions
Strictly follow the "Code for Acceptance of Quality of Building Decoration and Renovation Engineering" GB50210-2018 and the "Technical Code for Metal and Stone Curtain Wall Engineering" JGJ133-2001 to ensure construction quality and safety.
During the installation process, avoid colliding with the surface of the panels to prevent damage to the coating. Reserve reasonable expansion joints at the joints to adapt to temperature changes and building settlement, and avoid deformation of the panels.
When conducting construction in coastal or high-humidity environments, the connecting parts must be treated for anti-corrosion to ensure long-term stability during use. The fire protection area must meet the requirements of fireproof sealing to guarantee the safety of the building.
Packaging and Transportation
The product is packaged with three layers of protection: "protective film + pearl cotton + thickened hard cardboard box". Special corner guards are added to the corners. Large-sized or irregular-shaped boards are reinforced with custom wooden boxes to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation.
Clear labels are pasted on the board surface, indicating the product model, specification, installation direction and quantity, which is convenient for on-site inventory and construction arrangement.
Select a logistics company with the qualification for goods transportation. During transportation, avoid heavy pressure, direct sunlight and rain to ensure the products are delivered intact to the construction site. For irregular components, transport them vertically to reduce the risk of deformation.
