Construction Instructions
(1) Construction Preparation
Before construction, determine the horizontal height of the ceiling according to the design requirements, set up vertical and horizontal lines in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and ensure the accuracy of the installation reference.
When materials arrive at the site, check the product specifications, color and surface integrity to ensure there is no deformation, scratches or color differences. Store the materials in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture or heavy pressure.
Prepare light steel keels, hangers, hangers, reverse lock plates and other supporting accessories, as well as construction tools such as levels and wrenches, and build a safe construction operation platform.
(2) Installation Process
Hoisting of light steel keels: Hoist 38 or 50 type light steel keels at intervals of 1m to 1.2m. The distribution of the hoisting rods should meet the load-bearing requirements of the keels. Adjust the keels to a horizontal state.
Install the square tube keel: Fix the hangers pre-installed on the light steel keel to the square tube keel. Keep the distance between the square tube keels at about 1 meter. After all are installed, adjust them to be level again.
Hanging aluminum square tubes: Hang the ceiling aluminum square tubes one by one on the keel in the designed sequence, press down the lock plate to fix them, and leave a spacing of 10mm to 20mm at the end of the square tubes.
Final cleaning: After installation, check the overall flatness and line continuity. Wear gloves to clean the stains on the board surface to avoid leaving fingerprints and ensure the decorative effect is clean and beautiful.
(3) Construction Precautions
During the installation process, strictly follow the horizontal reference line to ensure that the ceiling is overall flat and there is no height difference.
Wear gloves when installing to avoid fingerprints or stains on the board surface. If stains occur accidentally, wipe it with a solution of detergent mixed with water and then let it dry.
Coordinate and cooperate with lighting, sprinkler and other equipment, reserve the corresponding installation positions, and ensure that the installation of the equipment does not affect the layout of the square tubes and the overall decorative effect.
Packaging and Transportation
