Construction Instructions
(1) Construction Preparation
Before construction, determine the horizontal height of the ceiling according to the design requirements, set up vertical and horizontal lines in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and ensure the accuracy of the installation reference.
When materials arrive at the site, check the product specifications, mesh shape, color and surface integrity to ensure there is no deformation, scratches or color differences. Store the materials in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture or heavy pressure.
Prepare light steel keels, hangers, special hangers, fixing bolts and other supporting accessories, as well as construction tools such as levels, wrenches and cutting machines, and build a safe construction operation platform.
(2) Installation Process
Hoisting of light steel keels: Hoist 38 or 50 type light steel keels at intervals of 1m to 1.2m. The distribution of the hoisting rods should meet the load-bearing requirements of the keels. Adjust the keels to a horizontal state.
Installation and connection parts: Fix the special hangers on the light steel keel. The spacing of the hangers should be reasonably distributed according to the size of the aluminum mesh plate to ensure firm fixation.
Installation of aluminum mesh panels: Install the ceiling stretched aluminum mesh panels one by one on the hangers in the designed sequence, adjust the position to ensure smooth splicing, aligned and continuous mesh holes, and reserve 5mm-10mm expansion joints between the panels.
Final cleaning: After installation, check the overall flatness and line continuity. Wear gloves to clean the stains on the board surface to avoid leaving fingerprints and ensure the decorative effect is clean and beautiful.
(3) Construction Precautions
During the installation process, strictly follow the horizontal reference line to ensure that the ceiling is overall flat and there is no height difference.
Wear gloves when installing to avoid fingerprints or stains on the board surface. If stains occur accidentally, wipe it with a solution of detergent mixed with water and then let it dry.
Coordinate and cooperate with lighting, sprinkler and other equipment, reserve the corresponding installation positions, and ensure that the installation of the equipment does not affect the arrangement of the aluminum mesh panels and the overall decorative effect. When cutting the mesh panels, edge grinding treatment should be done well to avoid burrs and scratches.
