Construction Instructions
(1) Construction Preparation
Before construction, complete the joint review of the drawings, verify the size of the mesh plate, mesh parameters, installation position and shape requirements, optimize the installation plan in combination with the actual situation on site, and clarify the layout of the keel and the position of the embedded parts.
When materials arrive at the site, verify the product qualification certificate and coating test report. Check that the board surface has no scratches, deformations or color differences, the mesh is regular without burrs, and the adhesion and thickness of the coating meet the standards. The materials should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated indoor area, avoiding direct sunlight, rain and heavy pressure.
Prepare light steel keels, hangers, special hangers, fixing bolts and other supporting accessories, as well as laser levels, torque wrenches, cutting machines and other construction tools. Set up safety protection facilities in the high-altitude operation area. Construction personnel must be certified and wear protective equipment.
(2) Installation Process
Measurement and layout: Use a laser level to mark out the installation reference line and the keel positioning line, ensuring uniform spacing and precise position, with a measurement deviation not exceeding 2mm.
Installation of the base keel: Fix the embedded parts and the light steel keel at the designed intervals, adjust the keel to a vertical and flat state to ensure stable load-bearing and meet the wind pressure resistance design requirements.
Fixing the connecting parts: Install special corner codes, hangers and other connecting parts on the keel. The positions should be precisely aligned with the reserved installation holes of the mesh plate, firmly fixed and evenly spaced to ensure the connection strength.
Installation of mesh panels: Install the exterior wall stretched aluminum mesh panels one by one in the designed sequence, fix them to the keel through connecting pieces, adjust the position of the mesh panels to ensure smooth splicing and continuous alignment of the mesh holes, and reserve 5mm-10mm expansion joints between the panel bodies.
Final cleaning: After installation, check the overall flatness and sealing performance. Fill the joints with weather-resistant sealant. Clean the stains on the panel surface and remove the protective film to ensure that the curtain wall decoration effect is clean and beautiful.
